Dowlee Rules
Welcome to Dowlee. Our primary goal is to build a strong community of players able to support itself in the complex and ever-changing world of MMORPGs and online games, where every day brings new adventures and unexpected events.
What we offer is not a pay-to-play service that requires high monthly fees. We ask nothing from you, and we rely on your willingness to help this community grow.
Users must commit to respecting the following rules:
1. It is FORBIDDEN to use vulgar language or acronyms referring to religions or any form of faith. Disrespectful behavior toward ideas, opinions, religions, and sarcastic or denigrating expressions that may harm sensitivity or disrupt calm participation will be PUNISHED. Any attempt at FLAME or TROLLING, even subtle, will be PUNISHED.
2. It is FORBIDDEN to advertise (positive or negative) other NetGaming portals and/or online communities.
3. It is FORBIDDEN to discuss politics (positively or negatively) or any other off-topic subject.
4. It is FORBIDDEN to post empty-content messages (SPAM - only dots, emoticons, etc.) or off-topic posts, with the intentional or unintentional effect of creating flame and burdening discussions. It is strictly FORBIDDEN to name, advertise, or refer to illegal or pirated copies of multimedia or any other material.
6. It is FORBIDDEN to publish private discussions, or parts of them, that occurred through instant messaging programs, email, etc., without the consent of the person(s) involved, as well as audio/video recordings without consent.
7. Before asking or posting about a topic, it is recommended to READ the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions).
8. Moderators' decisions are FINAL and are subject ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY to Administration. Any unjustified, denigrating, or rude attack against the Moderation Staff will be PUNISHED.
To ensure safe service and access, chat texts, including private messages or "whispers", may be monitored and/or reviewed in case of complaints from other users or legal violations.
By registering on Dowlee and using our services, you consent to our right to monitor and review personal messages sent or received within any of our services to investigate potential legal violations. This information will not be used for any purpose other than pursuing such violations. The account is property of Dowlee; everything done with it is the user's responsibility.
Account management returns entirely to Dowlee during a Ban period. By registering and using our services, you also accept the rules of each individual service:

Premium donations are used exclusively to pay for, expand, and improve the Dowlee project. Received rewards cannot be exchanged and premium cannot be moved (neither between accounts nor between characters). These rewards are granted only once in the lifetime of an account and to a single character (chosen at the beginning). For every 10 € donated, 1 additional month of active Premium status is granted to the donating account.
For rules of mutual coexistence, we rely on netiquette and each user's common sense.
Any violation of these rules will be severely punished by the Staff, who reserve absolute decision-making rights regarding rules and penalties.
Repeated or serious violations will result in removal from the community.
